The soup of principals is composed of legumes from various Italian production areas. After a long research work we have managed to obtain a soup that highlights the qualities of these extraordinary products
Ingredients: beans from Controne (SA), red beans from Lucca (LU), lentils from Villalba (CL), chickpeas from Cicerale (SA), grass peas from Serra De Cunti (AN)
Method of preparation: rinse the product with running water. Soak for 6/8 hours
