SOME OF OUR SUPPLIERS

ALICI DI MENAICA

Menaica anchovies are fished on calm sea days between April and July; fishermen go out at sunset and spread their nets offshore, barring their passage during the night hours.
The special feature of this technique is precisely the net, which is called “MENAICA.” It selects only the largest anchovies, which, nervous and darting, become agitated, losing much of their blood in a short time.
The fishermen withdraw the net to the surface by hand and extract the fish one by one.

CASEARIA CIOFFI

Today, Cioffi’s Casearia is a guarantee of excellence: a success given by the ability to produce specialty cheeses using traditional methods and to innovate production through state-of-the-art tools and technologies.
The taste of buffalo mozzarella distributed by Casearia Cioffi is an explosion of flavor like when it was produced by the “bufalari” who sold it along the bumpy roads that led from Salerno to the temples of Paestum.

MARCO VIOLA

For Marco Viola, the olive tree represents the family tree of his family. At the roots Biagio and Lucia, who already in the 1800s passed on to their son Ferdinand the love of olive growing. It would be Ferdinand’s son, Diamante, who would add the entrepreneurial spirit to the Viola story until he extended the cultivated land to 30 hectares and opened the first Viola oil mill in the castle of Sant’Eraclio. This is why the Viola family has lived in symbiosis with the olive tree for 150 years, thanking the sun that makes it grow, fearing the frosts that could ruin its fruit, but always defending it with patiencerespect and dedication

GRIMALDI NOCCIOLA & CO

It is from the trees with the strongest roots that the most genuine fruits are born.
Thus, for three generations, the Grimaldi Nocciola & Co. company has been producing and processing the Tonda di Giffoni Hazelnut and the Sorrento Walnut, respecting  the rhythms of nature and combining artisan knowledge with managerial innovation.
A family history that guarantees a tasty, nutritious hight quality, product. Fruit of experience, rooted in tradition.

VOZA

Fratelli Voza was founded in 1978 by the Voza family, from whom it takes its name, and is located in the Piana del Sele (also called Piana di Eboli) which is a plain of approximately 700 km² crossed by the Sele river in the province of Salerno, bordered to the north from the southern reaches of the Picentini mountains, to the east from the Vale del Sele, to the south from the Cilento reliefs and to the west bathed by the Tyrrhenian Sea in the Gulf of Salerno. The plain has a total agricultural area of approximately 3600 hectares which represents one of the largest and most fertile areas in Campania.
