Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino from the hills of Roviglieto and Scandolaro for Colleruita extravergine.
Plants parsimonious in form and fruit production, to which is intertwined the history of the people who guard them between earth and stone until the harvest.
Only a careful selection of fruits allows to obtain this persistent aromatic charge; the balance between bitter and spicy characterize this typical Umbrian oil.
