This monocultivar Taggiasco EVOO is obtained  by cold pressing the Taggiasca olives which uniquely grow on the lowest altitude in groves facing the Ligurian Sea. Among our Taggiasco EVOO it distinguish itself  with a very sweet and  delicate taste.

Perfect complement to every kind of fish and sea food, raw or cooked, as well as carpaccio and  meat.
