ARTICHOKES

Baby Artichoke Hearts in extra virgin olive oil – 1700 ml.

After being hand-picked from our fields in Palomonte (SA), the baby artichoke hearts arrive fresh at our laboratory, where they are worked on exclusively by hand:

• They are trimmed (removing outer leaves and stem)
• They are carefully refined with a small knife
• Only the tender heart of the baby artichoke is obtained
• The baby artichoke hearts are immersed in cold water and lemon to prevent them from turning brown

Once ready, the baby artichoke hearts are placed in glass jars and covered with extra virgin olive oil. It is a precise job that requires time and skill.

Ingredients:

baby artichoke hearts; extra virgin olive oil; whole sea salt; white wine vinegar; lemon juice; hot chili pepper; bay leaf. No preservatives or colorings.
