VEGAN ZUCCHINI MAYONNAISE

Vegan mayonnaise made from zucchini, San Pasquale variety, which are long and dark green in color – 250 ml. Made with vegetables of first choice (on our farm we do not use waste for production).

Vegan mayonnaise comes from the manual processing of seasonal vegetables, performed in the farm’s own in-house laboratory. It is 100% plant-based, prepared with only four ingredients.

Ingredients:

zucchini;
extra virgin olive oil;
lemon juice;
salt.
Free of preservatives and dyes. Free of eggs, milk and added sugars.
