MACKEREL IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Mackerel fillets in glass, preserved in 250 gr. extra virgin olive oil.
We process mackerel daily in our artisan workshop and cut them exclusively with a knife.
The meat is lean, clear and very tasty.
Suitable for all kinds of recipes: pizza, appetizers, aperitifs, pasta dishes or as a light main course.
