BABY ARTICHOKES

Baby artichokes in extra virgin olive oil.

After being hand-picked in our fields in Palomonte (SA), the baby artichokes arrive fresh in the laboratory where they are exclusively hand-processed:

• They are trimmed (removing outer leaves and stem)
• They are carefully finished with a small knife
• Only the tender heart of the artichoke is obtained
• The artichokes are immersed in cold water and lemon to prevent them from turning black

Once ready, the baby artichokes are placed in glass jars and covered with extra virgin olive oil. It is a precise job that requires time and skill.

• Baby artichokes
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Whole sea salt
• White wine vinegar
• Hot chili pepper
• Bay leaves
• Garlic
• Oregano

Without preservatives or colorings.
