CRUSHED GREEN OLIVES

Crushed and pitted green olives in extra virgin olive oil – 314 ml.

A precious recipe with a laborious process, obtained from the manual processing of Don Carlo variety olives, which are first crushed and then pitted. After a few days in brine, the olives are placed in glass jars with plenty of extra virgin olive oil.
