Yellow Datterino tomatoes, halved and canned in their natural state, harvested and hand-processed according to an ancient recipe.

This old variety of yellow cherry tomatoes is picked at full ripeness, cut in half (pacchetelle), and carefully hand-packed in glass jars to preserve their texture and fragrance. The tradition of preserving tomatoes as “pacchetelle” maintains the unique aroma, color, and sweetness of these tomatoes.
