VEGAN BEL PEPPER MAYONNAISE

made with horn of the goat variety bell peppers and extra virgin olive oil, with dried peppers – 250 ml.

Made with high-quality vegetables (in our farm, we do not use waste for our productions). The dried peppers, naturally sun-dried, used in this recipe give the mayonnaise a more intense and bold flavor.

This vegan mayonnaise is made by manual transformation of seasonal vegetables, executed in-house at the same farm. It is 100% vegetable-based and prepared with very few ingredients.

Ingredients:

bell peppers; extra virgin olive oil; lemon juice; sea salt; dried peppers.

Without preservatives and colorants. Without added eggs, milk, and sugars.
