SWEET VANILLA TOMATO

It is a tomato typical of the Tavoliere delle Puglie with a tough and smooth skin with a deep red color. Its sweet taste prevails over the acid component and its fleshy flesh means that this fruit is mainly grown for sauces and purees, we have interpreted it by concentrating sweetness and pulpiness while ennobling the recipe with a sweet and velvety touch of Bourbon vanilla.
