BROCCOLI CREAM SPIERT

Broccoli cream “Spiert”-Traditional ecotype of broccoli rabe from the Upper Sele Valley (SA) – 580 ml.

Casa Iuorio’s “Spiert” broccoli has received the DE.C.O. mark – Denominazione Comunale di Origine, of the Municipality of Palomonte, by Municipal Council Resolution No. 93 of 22/07/2021.

The broccoli cream is 100% vegetable, prepared in an artisanal way with prime seasonal vegetables grown in the open field (on our farm we do not use waste for production).

Ingredients:

“spiert” turnip broccoli;
extra virgin olive oil;
lemon juice;
whole sea salt.
Free of preservatives and dyes. Free of eggs, milk and added sugars.
