BABY ARTICHOKE HEART

Small artichoke hearts, preserved in extra virgin olive oil – 314 ml.

The artichokes are grown and prepared in our farm. Each artichoke heart is hand-cut and refined until it reaches a very small size. The artichokes are then placed one by one in the glass jar and covered with EVO oil.

Ingredients:

baby artichoke hearts; extra virgin olive oil; whole sea salt; white wine vinegar; hot chili pepper; garlic. No preservatives or colorings.
