VEGAN BROCCOLI MAYONNAISE

Vegan broccoli mayonnaise “Spiert,” traditional ecotype of broccoli rabe from the Upper Sele Valley (SA) – 250 ml. Made with vegetables of choice (on our farm we do not use waste for production).

The broccoli “Spiert” from Casa Iuorio has received the DE.C.O. mark – Denominazione Comunale di Origine, of the Municipality of Palomonte, with Municipal Council Resolution No. 93 of 22/07/2021.

The vegan mayonnaise comes from the manual processing of seasonal vegetables, performed in the farm’s own in-house laboratory. It is 100% vegetable, prepared with only four ingredients.

Ingredients:

“Spiert” turnip broccoli;
extra virgin olive oil;
lemon juice;
whole-grain sea salt.
Free of preservatives and dyes. Free of eggs, milk and added sugar.
